Job summary

Kids Research Institute Australia is seeking a Partnerships & Grants Coordinator to strengthen philanthropic funding, manage grant administration and reporting, and build donor relationships across researchers and stakeholders.

Based in Canberra with flexible hybrid options, the role focuses on coordinating applications, maintaining Salesforce dashboards, and delivering stewardship that supports life-changing children's research.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience in administrative, coordination or customer-focused roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Experience with fundraising, philanthropy or not-for-profit sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating philanthropic funding applications, submissions and reporting deadlines.
• Supporting grant administration, stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Conducting prospect research and identifying new funding opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Building strong relationships with researchers, funders and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting supporter meetings, events and engagement activities.
