Job summary

MercyCare in WA seeks an experienced senior leader to direct operational delivery, performance and growth across aged care and related services. You will drive quality, safety and person-centred care while innovating workforce management and coaching teams for complex needs.

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, manage large budgets with strategic insight, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a not-for-profit that values people and community.

Qualifications

• Excellence in relationship engagement, influencing and negotiation practices
• Analytical and critical thinking with strategic orientation and budget management experience
• Commitment to person-centred practice and continuous learning
• Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance, Responsible Person and Insolvency Clearances
