Job summary

MercyCare is a WA-based not-for-profit provider of aged care and community services. We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee operational delivery, performance and growth across our diverse care and community programs.

You will drive workforce management, quality and safety, manage complex budgets and coach teams to deliver person-centred care while influencing stakeholders and strengthening collaborations within the organisation and with partners.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Health Care, Business Management, Leadership or related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care sector, regulatory and quality requirements
• Excellence in relationship engagement, influencing and negotiation practices
• Analytical and critical thinking with a strategic orientation and experience managing large diverse budgets
• A commitment to person-centred practice and continuous learning
• Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance, Responsible Person and Insolvency Clearances

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery, performance and growth, ensuring quality, safe, sustainable and personalised care.
• Innovate workforce management practices, risk mitigation and coaching your team through complex consumer needs to strengthen partnerships with stakeholders while building retention, culture and capability
