WorkTrybe is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager to lead a team of three recruiters, driving recruitment outcomes across Victoria and Tasmania. You will be a high-volume recruitment specialist first and a people leader second, coaching and motivating the team, while partnering with operational leaders to deliver staffing solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment with ongoing technology

Qualificações

• Experience leading recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with operational leaders.
• Hands-on delivery mindset with coaching and mentorship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop three TA professionals across portfolios.
• Drive activity, productivity and delivery against hiring targets.
• Monitor performance, remove bottlenecks and provide hands-on support.
• Build relationships with leaders and understand workforce requirements.
• Champion proactive sourcing, talent pooling and creative reach strategies.
• Ensure processes are efficient, compliant and managed in Workday.
• Support adoption of recruitment technology and automation.
