Job summary

The Woolworths Group is recruiting for an IMC Operator on a fixed-term basis at Norwest, NSW. You will respond to incident calls from stores, manage security and safety reports, and support Emergency Services as required.

Working on 10-hour rotating rosters across days, afternoons, and nights, you will ensure OH&S compliance, monitor alarms, and provide efficient service to business customers and contractors. A 1E security licence eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience with a calm, professional phone manner.
• Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritise across shifts.
• Good problem solving and decision making.
• Clear criminal history to be eligible for a security licence (1E).

Responsibilities

• Respond to incident calls from stores and file incident reports.
• Receive and manage calls from business customers and emergency services.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and safe work procedures.
• Provide service to Woolworths Brands/Stores, support teams and contractors.
• Monitor and manage alarms and incidents.
• Record incidents promptly in the operating system and produce daily reports.
