Job summary

Lumus Imaging’s Queensland Head Office is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a casual position with potential to transition to permanent. You will support patients and referring doctors, manage reports, and assist with admin tasks, with flexible WFH after training.

Join a small team and contribute to smooth customer service operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and accuracy in a busy imaging environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office suite.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Committed to patient confidentiality and data security.
• Able to problem-solve with minimal supervision.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage patient reports efficiently.
• Respond to patient and referrer inquiries, including basic software support.
• Coordinate report variations, validations and reviews.
• Document compliments, complaints and feedback as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support operations and marketing.
• Support patients using the online patient portal.
