Metcash Trading Limited's K&B Timber & Hardware unit seeks an ICT Systems Support Officer who will be the first line of contact for IT service requests and incidents across the business. You’ll respond, triage, resolve and escalate issues as needed, supporting daily retail operations.

This full-time role covers onsite and remote support, device deployment, asset management and continuous improvement projects.

Looking for more than a typical IT support role? As our ICT Systems Support Officer, you will be the first line of contact for IT service requests and incidents across K&B, with key responsibilities being responding, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed.

This isn’t a role that fits neatly into level 1, level 2 etc. One day you’ll be resetting a password, the next you’ll be supporting the install of bespoke factory machinery. If you like variety, enjoy learning new systems, and want to see the impact of your work, this is the role for you.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Occasional after-hours and weekend support may be required from time to time.
