Job summary

VINCI Energies, part of the VINCI Group, is hiring an ICT Support Officer based in Laverton North, Victoria. The role supports end users, troubleshoots IT issues, and maintains systems across multiple locations.

On-site responsibilities include configuring devices, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, and contributing to cyber security initiatives. You will work closely with a national IT team, engage in documentation, and participate in continuous improvement projects while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in ICT Support, Service Desk, or IT Support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (Teams/Outlook/SharePoint).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Exposure to SharePoint development, Power Apps and Power Automate is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking and cyber security principles.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow your technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and system issues both remotely and onsite.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support computers and mobile devices.

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of corporate ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain IT hardware and liaise with third party vendors for repairs and support.
• Contribute to ICT projects and system improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, training materials, and support resources.
• Promote and support cyber security standards and best practices across the business.
• Build strong relationships with users and deliver outstanding customer service.
