The Retail Application and On-Site Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting and improving our retail technology environment, ensuring our stores have reliable systems and responsive ICT support. With a strong focus on retail applications and technology, you’ll manage and support systems including POS, EFTPOS, hardware, software and other retail platforms, while also providing hands‑on technical support across our store network. Acting as a key ICT contact for Retail, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve systems and processes, and support the implementation of new technology. This role requires travel to retail and regional locations as needed, with a travel allowance provided. You’ll also participate in a rotating weekend support roster, typically during retail trading hours, with Time in Lieu and applicable allowances provided.
You’re a practical and solutions-focused ICT professional who enjoys combining technical problem‑solving with stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working both remotely and on‑site, you can communicate technical information clearly and confidently to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
