Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in ICT support, a tertiary IT qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICT help desk experience.
• Experience providing first-level IT support to clients and internal users.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and system updates.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
