Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty is seeking a Technical Change Analyst to support ICT delivery projects within the DFAT Salesforce program. Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance and work onsite five days a week.

You will prepare change and training artefacts, develop communications, and engage stakeholders to maximise system adoption and benefit realisation. Strong knowledge of change management, training needs, and industry best practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in ICT Change Analyst roles delivering outcomes in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and applying to ICT delivery within governed projects.
• Experience assessing training needs and preparing user guides, videos, and online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver timely content per business needs.
• Experience identifying benefits and providing evidence-based benefits realisation.
• Proven ability to deliver artefacts on time with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts to support stakeholders and end users.
• Deliver change management, communications planning and stakeholder engagement for projects.
• Contribute to training content, emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and briefing packs.
• Support benefits realisation through data collection, metrics and indicators.
