Job summary

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking an ICT Change and Adoption Lead to drive capability uplift by leading the development and delivery of training, communications, and engagement activities.

You will translate complex digital changes into practical artefacts and enable staff capability uplift, collaborating with internal teams to drive readiness and sustainable change with measurable adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Change Analyst and Training roles (5+ years).
• Experience managing large transformational programs across people, processes, and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex changes into clear content.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management, communication approaches, and adoption strategies.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials (guides, maps, videos, packs).
• Manage intranet sites and adoption campaigns with internal communications teams.
• Evaluate adoption activities using data to improve training and campaigns.
• Coordinate workshops, briefings and training sessions with diverse business areas.
