Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an ICT Change Analyst role delivering outcomes in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and governance in ICT delivery.
• Experience in assessing training needs and developing user guides and online content.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and draft timely communications.
• Experience identifying benefits and providing evidence-based benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts to support stakeholders and end users.
• Deliver change communications, training content, and stakeholder updates.
• Support adoption of ICT solutions within a Wagile/Agile + Prince2 governance context.
• Collaborate with project managers and programme leads to ensure framework compliance.
• Contribute to benefits realisation activities and organisational change delivery.
