Australian Department of Veterans' Affairs – Sydney NSW is seeking an APS5 ICT Assurance Officer to support governance, financial assurance and ICT expenditure oversight within the DSP. You will handle assurance activities, maintain records, and coordinate responses to routine inquiries under limited direction.

Formación

• Australian citizenship required under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999.
• Baseline Vetting (AGSVA) security clearance required prior to or on engagement.
• Pre-engagement screening checks apply for external hires per Australian Government requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support administrative assurance and governance activities across ICT services, expenditure and investments.
• Monitor and triage the ICT Assurance shared mailbox and coordinate routine follow-up actions.
• Maintain assurance registers, trackers, data sets and dashboards; ensure records management compliance.
• Gather, verify and analyse information from financial reports, invoices and procurement documents.
• Assist with budget monitoring and reconciliation by maintaining financial records.
