Job summary

AirTrunk in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Director to lead our site development and data centre fit-outs. You will own the program management team and drive scope, safety, quality, timeline and budget across multiple large-scale Builds.

You will partner with development, operations and vendors to ensure seamless delivery from preflight to handover, while managing risk and stakeholder expectations in a fast-growing hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' construction experience in large scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/project management is a plus.
• Experience with data centre operators or hyperscale/cloud in APAC.
• Flexible, forward-thinking and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead preflight and inflight construction activities for new builds and fit-outs, owning scope, safety, quality, timeline and budget.
• Provide leadership and support for AirTrunk's project management teams.
• Manage and liaise with internal teams and senior management on time and cost for client proposals.
• Own project programme to meet key objectives, contractor and customer milestones.
• Act as main point of contact for development items or issues for business and customers.
• Liaise with General Contractor and suppliers weekly to ensure outcomes are met.
