Job summary

AirTrunk is hiring a Technical Services Manager to oversee data-centre operations at our West Melbourne site. You will coordinate maintenance, working with customers and vendors to ensure uptime and compliance with SLAs.

You will lead construction coordination with our Dev team, ensure SOPs and EOPs are followed, and maintain site accreditations. Strong English, 5+ years of relevant experience, and NV1 or ability to obtain clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical/electrical data-centre operations or related fields.
• Ability to prepare SOPs, incident summaries, root-cause analyses, and O&M manuals.
• Experience running third-party service providers and negotiating quotes.
• Familiar with Customer Portals, BMS, and CMMS systems.
• NV1 clearance or ability to obtain one, as required.
• Strong English communication and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of preventive maintenance and repairs, manage OPEX budget.
• Coordinate construction activities with Development team to ensure design/installation adherence.
• Ensure SOP/MOP/EOP compliance and required documentation.
• Maintain site accreditations and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Be primary operational contact for customers and escalation during incidents.
• Attend witness testing during commissioning and verify operational docs.
