AirTrunk in Sydney is seeking an experienced Building Services/Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning on datacentre projects and oversee safe handovers to operations. The role collaborates with design, development and operations teams to meet AirTrunk standards.

You will manage schedules, drive safety and quality, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and travel within APAC as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Building Services or Commissioning Manager in general contractor or commissioning agent role leading a successful handover of complex projects (ideally data centre).
• Experience collaborating with MEP suppliers, contractors, and commissioning agents within the APAC market.
• Experience commissioning in live, operational environments.
• Willing to travel internally and to other APAC regions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commissioning and handover process for AirTrunk’s new datacenters in Sydney, Australia (support in other regions may be required).
• Provide leadership support to commissioning and construction teams to manage risks and ensure safety and AirTrunk quality requirements.
• Oversee multiple projects at different stages and lead Commissioning teams across projects.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with contractors, vendors and commissioning agents to enable efficient handover.
• Drive and witness factory testing of MEP equipment and ensure documentation meets AirTrunk standards.
