Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator based in Sydney, Australia. You will support the Service Delivery Managers and Data Centre Operations teams across the Asia region, coordinating onboarding, reporting, invoicing, and customer communications to ensure seamless hyperscale data centre operations.

You will work across multiple teams to schedule meetings, maintain contact details, and manage documentation, while building strong relationships with customers and vendors and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and document customer and operations meetings, ensuring actions are recorded.
• Track progress and close out tasks with owners.
• Respond to queries and follow up on issues and requests.
• Prepare customer and operational reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Draft service orders and proposals, raise PO requests to vendors.
• Review customer contracts for operations compliance.
• Assist in audits and maintain documentation for customers.
