Job summary

Gough Recruitment NSW seeks a Project Director to lead a major data centre program in Australia. You will oversee the full lifecycle from initiation through construction and handover, directing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality and safety targets.

The role requires 10+ years in data centre or mission-critical projects, a construction/engineering degree, and qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP, with strong stakeholder management at senior client level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Senior level delivery experience and client management.
• PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery and client relationship on a major data centre program.
• Own project planning, risk management, cost control and quality assurance.
• Lead RFPs, tendering, contract negotiation and award for major packages.
• Oversee contract administration, variations and claims management.
