Flick Anticimex, Australia\'s leading hygiene and pest control provider, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Hygiene Services in Newcastle and the Central Coast. You will hunt for new business, build relationships, and close deals while enjoying autonomy and a strong support structure.

The role offers a base salary of 70,000–75,000 AUD with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• A hunter mentality and drive to win new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing your own territory.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the Newcastle and Central Coast regions.
• Prospecting through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visits.
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Meeting with potential customers to understand their needs.
• Presenting tailored hygiene solutions to businesses.
• Preparing proposals, negotiating agreements and closing deals.
• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
