Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Western Australia. This permanent part-time role covers a 32.75-hour week with 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time, across before- and after-school care programs.

You will lead Educators, build strong relationships with families and the school community, and deliver a safe, engaging program that helps children learn, play and thrive. A rewarding leadership opportunity awaits.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators to create a dynamic, child-centered program
• Oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, compliance and admin tasks
• Provide mentorship and support from regional managers and office team
