Job summary

Keyton is seeking a proactive Resident Engagement Coordinator to join the Residents Operations team. This 15-month fixed-term role requires travel to villages and a four-day work week, with hybrid work options from Sydney, Sunshine Coast or Melbourne.

You will lead planning, coordination and delivery of national engagement programs, strengthening resident wellbeing and connection across 15,000+ residents. Collaboration with village teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation, highly regarded.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of national engagement initiatives across Keyton villages, coordinating timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Drive participation and consistency of resident experience across the national portfolio.
• Manage resident satisfaction surveys, translate insights into improvements across villages.
