Job summary

The BSA Team Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Storeperson & Client Account Support to oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate outbound orders. You will act as the internal point of contact for client accounts, handling stock and delivery status inquiries with the KPM and warehouse team.

This role requires a valid LO license, warehouse experience, and the ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Must hold a current LO (Order Picker) High Risk Work Licence.
Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Demonstrated experience with order picking and general storeperson tasks.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate an LO order picker with forklift as required.
Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and pick sheets with high accuracy.
Own a new client account from a service perspective and respond to queries on tracking, stock and delivery status.
Assist with receiving, dispatch, stock replenishment and order preparation.
Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to meet customer requirements and delivery timeframes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with safety requirements.
