Job summary

KBH Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Support person in Adelaide to join our team. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, quotes and invoicing, and provide product information to customers and suppliers, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

Key duties include stock monitoring, placing orders with suppliers, creating delivery and Toll dockets, and supporting warehouse staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with a customer service focus.
• Moderate technical/mechanical knowledge.
• Forklift licence required.
• Driver's licence required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and email enquiries.
• Processing jobs, quoting, and invoicing orders.
• Providing technical and product information to suppliers and customers.
• Identify and present spare part sales opportunities.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering stock from suppliers.
• Create delivery and Toll dockets.
• Provide assistance and coverage of warehouse staff when required.
• Other duties as required.
