Job summary

Carroll Group Aus seeks an organised Warehouse Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients and oversee day-to-day warehouse requirements. You will respond to enquiries, coordinate orders, process transactions and ensure timely, accurate updates.

Role requires strong communication, independent ownership, and willingness to support on the warehouse floor. Carton Cloud experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy client workload.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous WMS experience; Carton Cloud preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workflow with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and take ownership of their day-to-day warehouse requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and process sales orders, transport bookings, back orders and customer requests.
• Process orders received via email and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Process and print packing slips and other required warehouse documentation.
• Accurately process transactions for the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse, with a strong focus on return stock.
• Use warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to process stock movements, receipting, put-aways, picking and dispatches.
• Liaise with the warehouse and container team regarding order progress, stock receipts, dispatches and general follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities including orders, reworks, put-aways, loading and unloading.
