We're looking for a Trainer to join our People, Culture & Capability team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you'll partner with our Membership Services and Claims teams to deliver impactful training, support employee development, and help create exceptional experiences for our members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, learning design and continuous improvement, while seeing the direct impact of their work on employee success.

As a Trainer, you'll play a key role in building the capability of our customer-facing teams by delivering engaging learning experiences and supporting employees throughout their development journey.
