Adecco Group in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth by blending engineering expertise with consultative sales and end-to-end solution support.

The role covers pre-sales engagement, customer engagement, and post-sales technical support within a globally recognised technology solutions provider, with a hybrid working arrangement in Northern Melbourne and opportunities to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success, Technical Support, Field Service Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow accounts, support sales strategy and activities, and build relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Technical Sales Support: Deliver technical presentations and proposals, communicate complex concepts, and provide solution guidance.
• Post-Sales & Technical Support: Assist deployment, training, and troubleshooting; act as a technical contact and gather feedback for improvement.
