Job summary

Westpac's Chief Data & Analytics Office is seeking a Team Assistant to provide proactive coordination, administration and operational support for three Heads Of in the CDAO division. You will help shape efficient ways of working and use Copilot and AI tools daily to boost productivity.

The role offers exposure across data, analytics and AI initiatives, requires strong communication and organisational skills, and involves coordinating meetings, travel and reporting materials in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar Team Assistant or enablement role.
Hands-on experience with Copilot, AI productivity tools, workflow automation or process improvement.
Strong communicator with ability to build relationships across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate leadership meetings, planning sessions, workshops, town halls, offsites and team events
Coordinate travel, expenses, invoices and administrative requests in line with Group processes
Support multiple Head Of's and leaders with proactive administration and engagement
Communicate key messages consistently and support celebrations and recognition
Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working using AI and digital tools
