Reporting to the Stakeholder Ticketing Lead, you will be the primary contact for stakeholders, help resolve issues, and contribute to guides, reports, and process improvements in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the RWC 2027 Stakeholder (B2B) Ticketing Program.
• Manage stakeholder records and communications.
• Support operations across 52 matches and 8 venues.
• Assist in reports, guides and process improvement materials.
