NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is seeking a Business Analyst to support service design sprints, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements. You will work with stakeholders across frontline, policy, regulatory and technical areas to shape options and ensure delivery readiness.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in agile environments, and the ability to produce clear artefacts and documentation for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Lead complex business analysis within service design sprints to inform problem definition and decision making.
• Elicit, analyse and validate business and user requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders across levels.
• Develop and maintain sprint artefacts including current/future state process maps, service journeys, impact analyses.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical/delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and deliver evidence-based solutions.
