Adelaide Care Services Pty Ltd is seeking an ICT Business Analyst to identify business requirements and develop specifications for technology solutions that support NDIS service delivery and operations. You will work with internal stakeholders, software vendors and developers to improve participant management, rostering, service recording, billing and reporting systems.

Formación

• Bachelor/ Master degree IT, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with service delivery, finance, workforce and management teams to gather, analyse and document business and user requirements for ICT systems.
• Investigate existing processes and system workflows covering participant intake, service agreements, rostering, support delivery, incident recording and NDIS billing.
• Define requirements for exchanging information between participant management, rostering, payroll and finance systems, including validation and reconciliation controls.
• Translate stakeholder requirements for participant consent, privacy, access permissions and audit records into functional system specifications.
• Evaluate proposed software solutions against agreed requirements and advise management on suitability, implementation options and operational impacts.
