Job summary

You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end in a complex technical environment, map specialist talent markets, proactively source candidates and build pipelines ahead of demand, all while delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Recruiter with a track record in technical environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines in engineering or tech sectors.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and advise on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit complex engineering, scientific, manufacturing and technical talent.
• Partner directly with hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
• Proactively source and map hard-to-find candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Use market intelligence, data and metrics to influence hiring outcomes.
