Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our embedded recruitment team in Canberra, delivering end-to-end recruitment for engineering-led roles across technology, manufacturing and science. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to define search strategies, map specialist talent markets, proactively build pipelines and guide stakeholders through the selection process.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical engineering, science, or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to source hard-to-find candidates and map markets.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience in engineering-led or technical sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit complex engineering, scientific, manufacturing and technical talent.
• Partner directly with hiring managers on recruitment strategy.
