Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience in technology, government, or professional services.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong prospecting and market mapping skills.
• Comfort with full-cycle recruiting including temp/perm.
• Experience with CRMs and candidate networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Federal Government clients.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment engagements for permanent and contract roles.
• Build and maintain candidate networks across technology and defence.
• Drive business development, market mapping and relationship growth.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting to support revenue outcomes.
