Korn Ferry Group in Canberra offers a Senior Recruiter – Engineering & Technology role with a hybrid working model. You will embed with a growing Australian organisation and develop talent pipelines across engineering, science and advanced technology.

You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end in a complex technical environment, map specialist talent markets, proactively source candidates and build pipelines ahead of demand, all while delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Recruiter with a track record in technical environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines in engineering or tech sectors.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and advise on market trends.

We’re looking for a strong Senior Recruiter to join a newly established embedded recruitment team supporting a highly specialised, engineering-led business.

You’ll manage recruitment end-to-end, but this role goes beyond filling vacancies. You’ll work closely with hiring leaders to understand future capability needs, map specialist talent markets and proactively build pipelines ahead of demand.

About you

You’ll be an experienced Recruiter who is comfortable operating in a complex technical environment. You could come from engineering, defence, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or another specialist sector.

You’ll need to be proactive, resilient and curious, with strong sourcing skills and enough confidence to challenge and advise stakeholders.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy finding people who aren't always easy to find.
