You will engage key stakeholders, collaborate across teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, and define success metrics. Japanese fluency is required, English preferred, and relevant certifications such as CCNP are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience or higher
• Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience or equivalent
• PhD plus 1 year of related experience or equivalent
• Professional level (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent relevant certification expected
• Business Intelligence/analytics experience is a plus

• Drive customer adoption across the Meraki platform and demonstrate value to end users.
• Build and execute high-touch客户 adoption strategies with measurable metrics.
• Understand how the Customer Success Adoption Motion and CX services benefit customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and enable customer success.
• Clearly define the scope of the CSS role and avoid out-of-scope activities.
