Cisco Meraki is seeking a Customer Experience Customer Success Specialist in Brisbane to drive adoption of Meraki across a portfolio of customers and ensure measurable outcomes. You’ll advocate for customers, align their goals with Meraki capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master’s plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year, or equivalent experience.
• Professional level certification (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent is expected.
• Business Intelligence/analytics experience is a plus.
• Understand Cisco Meraki products and use cases and explain core value.
