Infosys Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced CISCO Meraki Network Administrator to maintain enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. You will manage Meraki-based systems and ensure stability, security, and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Meraki infrastructure via Meraki Dashboard.
• Configure MX450/MX68, VLANs, routing, NAT, firewall, VPN and SD-WAN operations.
• Manage MR36 APs including SSIDs, VLAN mapping, RF issues, roaming, and client connectivity.
• Configure MG41/MG51 gateways for cellular/WAN connectivity.
• Manage MS switches including VLANs, trunking, STP, LAG, L2/L3 connectivity.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, 802.1X/RADIUS and Cisco ISE.
• Perform firmware upgrades, config changes, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate Meraki hardware RMA with vendor TAC.
