Job summary

Qualifications

• Knack for security service delivery on site with clients.
• Strong knowledge of access control and CCTV systems.
• Understanding of IT and networking concepts relevant to security systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades and repairs as per contracts.
• Complete service reports and coordinate with BTCC and customers.
• Comply with EHSQ policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning.
• Follow up maintenance findings and prepare quotations for sites.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities within the team.
