Qualifications

• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.

• Security Providers licence or ability to obtain.
• Working with Children certificate and Private Security Installer Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, updates, upgrades, repairs and installations as required.
• Prepare and submit Service Reports and coordinate with BTCC and stakeholders.
• Follow EHSQ policies and ensure safety, quality and customer requests are addressed.
• Participate in training courses and continuous improvement.
• Follow up maintenance findings and prepare quotations for customer sites.
• Rotate on-call roster within the team.
