Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Security Providers licence, or the ability to obtain one
• Working with Children certificate
• Private Security Installer Registration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day service, maintenance and installation/project activities
• Complete service reports and liaise with BTCC and stakeholders
• Comply with Environment Health, Safety & Quality policies
• Participate in training (self-learning, CBT, on-the-job)
• Follow up on maintenance findings and create quotations for client sites
• Work on a rotating on-call roster
