Job summary

Zinfra is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of gas infrastructure projects for ACT-based clients, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will manage delivery teams, coordinate with clients and regulators, and ensure safety, quality and profitability across complex projects.

The role emphasizes practical leadership, strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-accountability environment while maintaining a focus on safety and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success delivering major construction, utilities or multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting, contracts and risk.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of gas infrastructure projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule and financial targets.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts and commercial performance up to $50 million.
• Drive governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, regulators and delivery teams.
• Lead and develop project teams while fostering a safety‑first culture.
