Job summary

Unisson Disability in Sydney is seeking a Scheduling Officer for a 6 to 12 month period, with both full-time and part-time options. You will roster and allocate staff to shifts across Sydney, the Central Coast and Hunter regions, in line with the SCHADS award and relevant legislation.

The role involves managing the Scheduling System, participating in on-call rotations, data entry, and collaborating with client services to ensure staff availability and continuity of support.

Qualifications

• Experience rostering staff under SCHADS award and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to participate in flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Roster staff to shifts across Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter regions.
• Ensure shifts comply with SCHADS award and relevant legislation.
• Answer calls professionally and maintain client records.
• Update schedules in the Scheduling System and send confirmations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and rotate between early and late shifts.
• Minimise unfilled shifts by pro-active planning and reporting.
