Scope (Aust) is seeking a Scheduler to ensure rosters are accurate, meet service delivery needs and comply with regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating staff rosters, filling shifts, and responding to changes to keep services running smoothly in a busy disability support environment.

Qualifications

• Must have rostering experience and familiarity with relevant tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to support Service Delivery teams in staffing replacements in line with requirements.
• Translate master rosters into efficient, compliant operational rosters and address issues or escalations.
• Implement the advance shift filling process to achieve coverage of vacancies and plan leave in advance.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
