Australian Unity in Tamworth is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator - Customer Support to join our local team. You will manage care worker rosters, handle high-volume enquiries, and coordinate third-party bookings to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

This permanent full-time hybrid role offers hourly $40.38 plus super, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. You’ll use CRM and scheduling tools to support payroll, compliance, and reporting while delivering empathetic,

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or rostering is ideal but not essential.
• Strong organisation and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and empathy in customer interactions.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage care worker rosters and daily changes.
• Handle high-volume enquiries, aiming for First Call Resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact with empathy and accuracy.
• Coordinate services and third-party bookings to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain accurate system records to support payroll, compliance and reporting.
• Use data to support scheduling decisions and process improvements.
