BSI is recruiting a Sales Associate for its North Sydney office, offering hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days on-site. You will develop professional sales and business development skills in a global professional services organisation.

This role is ideal for individuals early in their career, with training provided to build relationships, identify opportunities, and help clients achieve their objectives across industries.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships and understand customer needs and objectives.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Grow existing customer relationships.
• Follow up enquiries and opportunities promptly.
• Support customers throughout the sales journey.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Contribute to forecasting and reporting activities.
• Learn BSI products and value proposition.
