Job summary

Reward Hospitality is seeking a motivated Sales Administration Officer to join our National Sales Administration Team at our head office in Yatala. You will drive seamless operations through managing customer portals, pricing, rebates, contracts, and sales analysis.

You’ll work Monday to Friday in a full-time role, collaborating across departments to support business growth with accurate data, strong customer focus, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data.
• Strong organizational skills to multitask and meet SLAs.
• Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage online customer portals, logins, approvers, product files, templates, and contract pricing.
• Maintain external customer platforms (e.g. Purchase Plus, Coupa, Zycus, Ariba) and manage catalogs.
• Prepare timely sales reporting and quarterly business reviews.
• Handle customer and territory manager inquiries via calls and high-volume emails.
• Analyse data to support commercial decisions and improve business outcomes.
