Job summary

Capricorn is seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our Risk Services team in a dynamic call centre environment. You will provide personal protection quotes, manage member protections, and handle renewals with accuracy while delivering high-quality service to our members.

In this role you will support both members and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and proactivity in resolving issues, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal protection quotes for members.
• Work within the Risk Services Call Centre.
• Generate certificates of currency for members.
• Process adjustments to member protections and endorsements.
• Process memberships.
• Manage a high-volume inbox with competing priorities.
• Collaborate with Risk Sales to resolve issues.
