Job summary

Capricorn is seeking an Insurance & Risk Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Members across the territory. You will retain existing business, identify new opportunities, and provide personalised insurance solutions by understanding each business's risks and needs.

In this hands-on, field-based role you’ll travel to meet Members, build genuine relationships, and deliver compliant, timely service while collaborating with internal teams to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated insurance experience with business risk assessment.
• Strong field-based, client-facing experience in portfolio management.
• Ability to build trusted, long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Members in the territory.
• Retain existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Meet Members face-to-face and provide advisory insurance solutions.
• Balance field activity with portfolio management, follow-up and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver responsive service.
