Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in workers' compensation, injury management or return to work.
• Experience working for an employer, insurer, broker or consulting organisation.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation and injury management practices.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage return to work and injury management programs for employer clients.
• Develop and review return to work plans.
• Facilitate early intervention and recovery at work strategies with stakeholders.
• Provide oversight of complex and high-risk workers' compensation claims.
• Engage with insurers and claims agents to drive outcomes.
• Support clients to meet legislative and regulatory obligations.
